In partnership with Ninecon, this challenge evolved into a solid journey of technological advancement. Our team has been leading the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud, covering financial modules (Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax Calculation), Procurement, Contracts, and Budgetary Control.

The project has already delivered significant results: financial reports that once took up to two hours to generate are now completed in just 2 minutes — a 98% reduction. The financial close process has also been optimized, reducing manual tasks by up to 25%, which represents one and a half fewer days of operational effort and allows teams to focus on higher-value activities.

Beyond efficiency, the solution has brought greater traceability and transparency, strengthening corporate governance and simplifying audits — including compliance with the Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX).
