Our Culture

Since 2004, Ninecon has grown with a clear purpose: to inspire innovation and drive business growth through digital transformation. Our culture has always been at the heart of this journey: built, strengthened, and shared over the years. 

As the company grew rapidly, we realized how important it was to ensure that our values remained at the heart of every decision, every delivery, and every relationship. That is how, in 2024, the Culture Project was born: a structured approach to translating our core principles and values into concrete actions that reinforce who we are and what we believe in every day. 

How the Culture Project Came About

Our Executive Board, in partnership with Human Resources and Governance, engaged in in-depth discussions about who we are, what drives us, and how our culture could be further strengthened in the future. These were sessions dedicated to reflection, alignment, and collaborative development, which served as the foundation for what was to come.
