Performance is directly related to the investment made in the infrastructure components. A good planning is fundamental for a good performance, without the cost rendering the business unfeasible. • Performance tests

The tests can be conducted to identify specific problems (bottlenecks) or preventive. Can be conducted periodically, by sampling. In both cases, we analyze the hardware elements, codes wrongly written and problems caused by inefficient processes.

• Logical and physical design
