
Functional review has the purpose of “Analyzing the critical phases of the project under the technical-functional aspects, seeking to ensure that the implementation procedures used are suitable to enable design of the future model, seeking to preserve the business processes implicit in the application”
Functional Review is conducted in the following project phases:
• Operations Analysis
• Solution Design
• Build
• Transition
• Production
Functional Review involves the following activities:
• Planning (according to the characteristics of each project);
• Review of relevant deliverables;
• Elaboration of questionnaire and deliverables to evidence the QA process;
• Process of interviews (with consultants and key-users);
• Elaboration of opinion (visit report) for each phase
